Carotech, Inc., has introduced its newly patented Tocomin Suprabio Tocotrienol System. Carotech was awarded a patent for the novel bio-enhanced tocotrienol complex, which increases the bioavailability of tocotrienols in the gastrointestinal tract. In a two-period, two-sequence crossover human bioavailability study with Tocomin Suprabio System, the re­sults showed its tocotrienol was 200-300% more bioavailable compared to the conventional tocotrienol oil extract.
